Stevedore
All our operations as a stevedore are based on the Algemene Voorwaarden Stukgoed Stuwadoors (General Terms and Conditions for General Cargo Stevedores; 16 January 2007) of the Ondernemersvereniging, Amsterdam region, transshipment and stevedoring sector, which have been registered with the district court of Amsterdam.
Shipping agent
All our operations as a shipping agent are based on the Algemene Nederlandse Cargadoorsvoorwaarden (General Terms and Conditions of Dutch Shipping Agents; 2009) of the Ondernemersvereniging, Amsterdam region, transshipment and stevedoring sector, which have been registered with the district court and Chamber of Commerce of Rotterdam.
Storage
All our goods storage operations are based on the Nederlandse Opslagvoorwaarden (Dutch Storage Terms and Conditions; 15 November 1995) issued by FENEX, which have been registered with the district court of Rotterdam.

Forwarding agent
All our forwarding agent operations are based on the Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden (General Terms and Conditions of Dutch Forwarding Agents; 1 July 2004) issued by FENEX and registered with the district courts of Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam. If VCK Logistics Port Logistics is contracted to handle goods transport, the following general terms and conditions apply (depending on the modality).

Road transport
In case of goods transport by road:
- From a point of receipt in the Netherlands to a destination in the Netherlands
- From a point of receipt in the Netherlands to a destination outside the Netherlands
- From a point of receipt outside the Netherlands to a destination in the Netherlands
- From a point of receipt outside the Netherlands to a destination outside the Netherlands the CMR terms (Convention of 19th May 1956 – CMR Convention) apply

Sea
If goods are transported by seagoing vessel:
- From a point of receipt in the Netherlands to a destination in the Netherlands
- From a point of receipt in the Netherlands to a destination outside the Netherlands
- From a point of receipt outside the Netherlands to a destination in the Netherlands
- From a point of receipt outside the Netherlands to a destination outside the Netherlands the 1968 Hague Visby Rules apply

Inland shipping
If goods are transported by inland ship, the CMNI (Budapest Convention on the Contract for the Carriage of Goods by Inland Waterway 2000) terms apply.
Railway
If goods are transported by railway:
- From a point of receipt in the Netherlands to a destination in the Netherlands
- From a point of receipt in the Netherlands to a destination outside the Netherlands
- From a point of receipt outside the Netherlands to a destination in the Netherlands
- From a point of receipt outside the Netherlands to a destination outside the Netherlands the CIM (CIM Convention 1999 of Bern) terms apply
Airfreight
If the goods are transported by air, the terms and conditions set forth in the Montréal Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air (2001) apply.
